I have bought geek squad protection regularly on purchases. I would have never thought I needed printer help, but it has been very helpful to have someone remotely be able to work out glitches!

In view of problems that arise with electronics and equipment, this Product Replacement Program is tops. I hope to not need to use it, but if needed only one time it more than pays for itself.

A must have. HP printers are good, but have had problems after a few years. Important to have a help backup in case another problem arises.

Okay to have on hand when needed. Bought it for my grandma’s laptop. But we never used it coz she passed already and nobody’s using her laptop anymore

Something weird happened with my printer that they couldn't explain and I was beyond the return window and they immediately ordered me a new one, no questions asked. They have great customer service
