I live in the hills so their ability to fix my computer at home from their store is wonderful. They are patient with my non-knowledge of computers.

They are very helpful in getting everything set up. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their new equipment

Some warranties are great and some not so great. This extended warranty makes up for the latter and gives reassurance that you are protected against potential issues, should they arise.

I purchased a router and had nothing but trouble with it. Returned it twice and finally just gave it back. If it wasn't for this I would lost my mind!!

It's always wise to get insurance. The service and replacement in store alone is worth it. It is hard to get an HP rep on the phone.

Good option as a backup to products' manufacture warranty (which mostly only covers a couple months to up to only 1 year). The easy replacement process is greatly appreciated. Not many offer that service. Also, it's easier to go to a Best Buy store for replacement submission than going through a return shipping process.

Honestly the 2 Year geek Squad product replacement is a great idea they’re very helpful would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a protection plan on anything you buy!

With a new printer, this lets us rest easy knowing we have a protection plan in place. Well worth the cost.

It's good to have extra warranty protection and help from the Geek Squad in case the product you purchased has a problem. This is a good deal!

Peace of mind. I pruchased a 4 year plan for my new epson printer which is great and has a replacement plan at a fair price.
