I don’t always buy the warranty that is offered. I’m glad I did this time though.With technology you never know what will happen. In my opinion this is a good deal.

Love this! Does everything I need and more. Easy to figure out. I just wish this had a photo print option but I absolutely love this.

We thought this is a good idea because headphones get a lot of use and I heard that Best Buy has a no hassle exchange if anything goes wrong with them so thought it was worth it

I first purchased geek squad on a different pc, I have children who like to download needless to say I got some viruses a few times; it was great being able to bring it to have it cleaned.

It is great for peace of mind to know that I can be worry free in regards to my device. Should anything go wrong I know I have backup.

I ended up returning the product but I have purchased this warranty for multiple products and I have even had to use it to get a product replaced and the process and service was excellent!

the Geek Squad Product Replacement is worth it, not expensive, and a good guarantee for whatever happens in the future. mostly helpful for me since i bought it with Hard Drives.

If you buy a product like a TV, Computer, or secondary stuff its important to have this so you can get it fix or a replacement

computer to printer cord: the connection hook up is very hard to connect. (felt like I needed to turn it upside down to make it connect, but I knew that would not be good for printer lol) Not enough room to hook it up.
