Just great and its something we all need. Don't change anything

It's a great printer/scanner/faxer/emailer. So many options on this printer it's so helpful for school and work so i am very grateful for geeksquad if anything ever does happen.

All I know is that "if it can break, my house can break it!" Always have a Geek Squad Warranty with all my products from Best Buy, I have to use only once and they couldn't have been more helpful. My advise is to get it when you buy a product there.

Happy I've HD ad extended warranty on hp all in one printers. This is my 4th replacement with the warranty. Paper jams alot.uses slot of ink for cleaning and maintenance.loses wifi signals lo s alot also

I always get protection plan like this when I buy any device at Bestbuy. I feel relaxed using my devices without any worry. It is worth investing money on protection plan because you never know what's gonna happen. It's a good insurance.

Whenever I have had an issue with an item covered under the protection plan it is always repaired or replaced. I have never had any problem with Best Buy honoring the Geek Squad Protection Plan. The only downside is sometimes having to wait in line to be helped

Anything that you can purchase protection for, you should. This product costs 100$, and if something goes wrong, cannot easily be fixed. So spend 20$ now, and be able to replace it for free, for at least two years, which is more than its warranty can say.

Geek Squad mounted my TV quickly and flawlessly and i bought this service. i had an unrealted proble with my laptop and customre service fixed it while i was online. happy with my choice with Geek Squad.

Bought this to go along with a recent printer purchase. It was an all-in-one inkjet office printer, and this paper works with it beautifully. It's a bit heavier than your standard grade printer paper, but not as heavy as cardstock. A nice professional grade paper!

Replacement printer was effected almost immediately by a very customer-friendly agent.

The Geek Squad service is at Best Buy is one of the best services that they offer. They employees seem to be knowledgeable about all brands of computers and provide quality work.

Not sure how I'd rate this as I haven't returned the product yet, but generally my experiences with Best Buy are quite pleasant. I'll edit the review if any changes develop, but I do suggest purchasing the product replacement to family and friends.

Great value for the money. We live over an hour's drive from the nearest Best Buy so being able to get support online is a plus for us. The agents are knowledgeable and patient with our questions.

Knowing that my desk jet is covered for if any problems go wrong with it is a relief just because things always happen to me and I have to pay a lot more to get it fixed. This way it can get looked at and fixed with little amounts than a lot at one time.

Can’t complain for the price with 6 months of ink!

I buythese pland for anything over $150.00 and when I have to use them, I am happy with the replacement service. I only use them 20% of the time though before they end.

I've seen the GEEK SQUAD stand by their promise. Nothing feels better than buying new electronics; what spices that splendid feeling is knowing that if its not functioning its easily replaced. No hassle, no questions, no problems with replacing it.

I have never had an issue with using the protection plan. I get it on all my electronics (smart watches, ear buds, etc...) when and if something goes wrong I bring it in and they change or fix the product for me.

My printer wasn't working and went in and they gave me a new one. So fast and easy!!

Geek Squad is worth the money, had a device stop working and called placed a claim took into the store and replaced with an equivalent item.
