Not worth the hype it’s a decent vacuum but doesn’t do anything that the cheap ones can’t. It has a lot of bells and whistles but at the end of the day they really don’t add any benefit over a traditional vacuum. Only benefit is the attachments it comes with and the extra battery good thing they sent one as it doesn’t last long at all.

Geek Squad has been the best investment we have made. Any time we have a performance issue with any of our devices on the program m we contact Geek Squad -- either on line or in the store. We would be lost without them.

Its worth every penny buying geek squak. I have used them for years and every time i run into a situation I feel at ease knowing I can get it replaced when something happens.

this is the best thing i could have gotten for my printer, 3 months before it expired my printer broke, i took it back and it was replaced without any problems.

I always purchase extended warranties on more expensive purchases. I don't have a lot of problems with my purchases but when I do, having the coverage really helps.

Good to have it for the “just in case” but I feel it’s all a gimmick. To get more money out of you. There should be a give your your money back after the 2years because you didn’t use it!

bought it for the HP printer so far have not used it but I am sure one day it will come in handy.

Great peace of mind when your radio, tv, or computer need repaired or need to be troubleshoot. I am not an electronics person at all, leave that to the experts, aka Geek Squad!

Product replacement programs with Best Buy are always helpful, I have used them in the past with digital cameras, etc. This was another unit that I thought the product replacement program would be helpful if needed down the road!

So helpful with any questions and issues!! While I have not used the "product. replacement" portion, they have always been available for my many, many questions. I will definitely continue to be a Geek Squad customer!!

This set replaced our standard keyboard/mouse that came with our desktop....We have a huge desk set that requires us to run the wires thru the back of the desk and that limited us in how far we could move the keyboard. Not a problem anymore.

My printer had an issue where it would leave stains on the printout. I mentioned my issue, and received a replacement for my printer within few days.

There are not a lot of items that I would consider purchasing product protection for. But Best Buy has one that I always get for my electronics. The cost is great and they handle any issues without hesitation.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan is the best. It's better than some manufacturer warranties. I always buy the Geek squad protection because they will fix or replace your item no questions asked as long as you have the protection plan.
