We haven’t had to use it on the item we bought it for, yet. But from past experiences with this service, we are confident that they will take care of us.

Purchased this 'replacement' plan for son's wireless headset. Didn't have it for previous corded headset and it stopped working after less than 6 months. Relatively inexpensive compared to possible replacement cost.

I've gotten into the habit of getting the Geek Squad protection on most purchases now. After having an XBox One and an expensive coffer maker die suddenly, the no hassle replacement makes this a no brainer.

I highly recommend purchasing the 2 year warranty. I have purchased it on all my expensive electronic purchases and it was been worth it because I have had to use it when something accidental has happened to my purchases.

Wasn’t sure of insignia at first so we got coverage for our microwave but it is working well. Got coverage in case brand was a flop. Haven’t used plan yet but glad I had it.

With some electronic component you would always need to make sure that they are going to work for a period of time. Specially when you have a 5 and 3 year old little girls in the house that love to play with everything!

Though I wasn’t need geek squad cause I’m somewhat technically savvy but I ran into some issues with my pc that was unable to solve. They solved them for my no problem.

Over the many years that I have been making purchases from Best Buy. The Geek Squad help has been extraordinary. I have had several items replaced, including i phones, printers, and Bluetooth devises; without hassle.

I'd recommend this to friends family and whoever wanted to know anything about this it is a great Protection plan to help with their appliances and everything else.

So far had good results with protections, no need to send anything away, just come into local store and talk face to face to real people for a replacement or a repair, no fuss no stress. Very good and highly recommended.

My kids have been thru 3 playstaions already and this was he best thing i could of purchased. Walk into best buy and they will see if it can be fixed-if not, they give you a gift card to go buy a new one..so Easy!

It’s always good to know you have a plan if something goes wrong. This plan does just that. If you have kids this plan is extra security incase they break something.
