Spend the extra money and get the protection. If you don’t use it then good for you you’re lucky but if your like most people, things happen. You can thank me later!

We purchased the additional warranty as a "just in case" policy. You never know when you might need it, and the cost is reasonable for the extended coverage.

I purchased this just in case. I haven't had to use it yet as the printers have always lasted more than 2 years but I recommend buying this to save yourself alot of stress.

If your buying something expensive for your self or a kid I would recommend an after market warranty it covers pretty much anything that can happen to it. Don't get caught with out one you may regret it.

we have always purchased ESP's. we like the peace of mind it gives for a small investment. many people and consumer reports sometimes talk against these products, but we seem to be the people that always have a problem.

I always feel better if I get the Geek Squad warranty on major products. Their replacement policy is great in that you get a new printer on the spot,

It's crazy how inexpensive these printers are. This one has great features and performs well. I haven't had any trouble with it. The ink usage doesn't seem to be excessive, and the cartridges are easy to install. I selected this model because it has two paper trays. I print on letterhead a lot, and this feature makes that easy, without having to switch out paper.

We like the replacement policies. We are not techies and this is inexpensive insurance against our own foibles - of which we create for ourselves.

I've purchased Geek Squad product replacement on several items and have been glad I did. A previous purchase was replaced without question, when the product failed.

You can never go wrong with the Geek Squad. They really know their stuff. If something is not working right, you guessed it .... Geek Squad to the rescue!!!!

This warranty was very beneficial on the last headset I had and I am fell good about purchasing it on this one. BB took good care of me when I needed them.

2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement. I have yet to use this particular plan. But in the past when I need to use a Geek Squad plan they were excellent to work with!

Always have come through for me when the product manufacturers didn’t.

The contractor came in and mounted my equipment and connected everything and made sure it all worked fine. He made sure we all knew how everything worked and was connected.

I can only go by what I was told, that they are very good. That why I got it. But because I have a great product that I don’t have first hand experience. So base on what I was told I will rate it.
