I now get this for my purchases because things are not made like they used to be. It's an investment. Even when I buy a gift, I get them this service.

Anyone who does not have this support is leaving themselves open for trouble.They are superb and one has peace of mind knowing they are in your corner.

This is a winning combination. Gaming headsets get lots of use in my household. Although the headset is well cared for, the frequent use makes it more likely that something may break. Well worth the few dollars!

Wireless and I like the option on the side of the headphones to mute and turn off. Feels good and comfortable but for a larger person and had to return since did not fit well on my teenager.

Note to the wise: Keep your original packaging, so they can scan the exact serial / barcode, and your replacement is more an exchange, and they can't low-ball the replacement value of your product.

Best Buy has great customer service when it comes to warranty. If there is any problem with your electronic/ item, no questions asked they will replace you or give you the credit. Highly, highly recommend

This I have not needed to use at this time, but it is a good safety net. I've been happy know I have some kind of decent replacement warranty if, it was needed.
