It’s worth it purchasing this replacement plan. The hard drive that I bought has spinning hard drive, it’s nice to have peace of mind while using the hard drive with my Xbox ONe S.

Okay to have on hand when needed. Bought it for my grandma’s laptop. But we never used it coz she passed already and nobody’s using her laptop anymore

A headset I purchased stopped working and people couldn't hear me. I brought it in and the customer service rep exchanged it for a new one. I was also able to get the protection on the new headset.

My printer died and Geek Squad replaced it no problem, Of course I had replacement warranty, but I didn't get hassled, just was able to pick out another printer.

A must have. HP printers are good, but have had problems after a few years. Important to have a help backup in case another problem arises.

I can't think of a time I have had to use one of these services. The stuff been well made and worked well until way past the warranty date. I still recommend it.

Good if you need ya product serviced. Especially if you have no extend warranty on product, this saves you on higher repair prices

Its an ok printer for the money, but it is made up of many cheap plastic parts that will fall apart over time. But it is a good printer just take care of it
