    I have always purchased this protection for items purchased at Best Buy. If they can't fix it, they have given me credit toward a new purchase in the past. Fortunately, I have not had to use it on my new items purchased but I know I can count on Best Buy to repair or credit me toward a new purchase.

    This is the only store-sold warranty I ever buy and it actually comes through when you need it. They are true to their word and actually fix or replace the product as promised...no probing questions or trying to get out of honoring the warranty. It's absolutely worth every penny.

    Whenever i have a problem with a product from Best Buy, Geek Squad Protection Plan either repairs or replaces it. No Problem.

    The service with geek squad I would always buy. The ease of use and the knowledge backed by fix or replace is excellent. I had to dock them though with the Corona virus they made no concessions. They couldn’t come in to do any work for 5 months and counting but wouldn’t extend or discount. Sure we were covered but when you’re in high risk and keep everyone out... a tv or computer is not critical. They should have given some courtesy ... free money for them for 5 months. Recommend only under normal circumstances.

    Although I have not need to use Geek Squad for my newest printer purchase, the price was right to cover the printer. I have had to call them 3 times for my lap top and each time they have been really helpful and I really like the way they understand I am not technologically minded and explain all the different steps so that I can understand. Well worth the extra few dollars for peace of mind.

    Good backup and service to protect my equipment. I have it for multiple products I bought at Best Buy, a great source for equipment and service. Not sure how I would photograph the Geek Squad. Go to the store and get a group shot??

    I don't usually purchase extended protection plans, but I think this is a really good value. My last TV lasted 2 months after the manufacturer's coverage ended...never again without extended coverage.

    I had to wait a long time to speak to an agent which caused me to forget a couple important questions; but I don't mind calling back because I was so pleased with how profesional they were on the phone. I hope I can use my rewards points in time for purchase!

    Super Efficient on Repairs and Replacements

    Geek Squad is absolutely fantastic with support and replacements, they've been on top with every issue I've had, either providing store credit or offering a complete replacement with no charge.

    Geek Squad Product Replacement is just simply a NO BRAINER for any Best Buy product that will have regular use or has a “price point” that you want to yourself from having to spend again during the time it’s protected! Biggest thing you have to do...is not do anything malicious to the product...and it’s protected!

    Geek squad is a nice perk, if something’s wrong they don’t mess around and waste your time. Any time I have had issues I’ve been able to exchange devices without any hassle. Definitely recommend!

    Geek Squad had room for improvement

    Geek Squad definitely has room for improvement both in customer service and skill set. Have always managed to get me issue resolved but not timely. Geek Squad team members need mentoring by senior staff for customer service and improving skills. Computer based training should be implemented and be mandatory for the entire Squad team. The CBT must have a test at the end of each section to that senior staff can measure skill improvement. I would recommend to a friend hoping the above recommendation will be implemented.

    I love that Best Buy has Geek Squad, and that Geek Squad offers extended warranties! This give me peace of mind knowing should anything go wrong all I have to do is reach out to Geek Squad and they will come out and fix or replace the issue/product.

    This is a great deal on printers. It's not worth replacing the ink so u just buy new printers for a few bucks i can just get a new printer in a few years.

    Obviously and fortunately I haven't used the protection service I purchased for my printer because everything's fine. But I keep loyal to Geek Squad services and protection plans since like '05 or '06 because they really are the best, and best value.

    Highly recommend customers to purchases item from best buy. The staff is willing and ready to assist with any issues you may have buying or returning items. I frequently shop in Freeport location.

    Purchasing geek squad coverage provides a great piece of mind. Knowing someone will be there to assist in the even of an accident is great to depend on when you have small children around. Anything can happen at any given moment and you want to have Geek Squad there to repair or replace should the time arise.

    I bought a Brother laser printer for my son to use at school. I've been buying Brother printers for 20+ years with no problems. I decided to purchase the protection plan for $9.95. Believe it or not, the printer failed early and BestBuy replaced the printer with no haggling. That's a nice attitude in today's retail market.
