Not worth it

I was ignored for about 10 minutes standing in line. Then, when I asked my questions and told them my concerns with my laptop that was under warranty, the tech was dismissive and told me that they would have to send my laptop away for weeks to see if there was a problem. It is being used daily for my college classes, so that unfortunately was not an option that I could do. Haven't talked to them again. Not interested if I can't be treated with common courtesy and customer service.
