I normally do not buy the added protection. But this was a great price couldn't pass it by.

This router has worked well for me in my home, I have 3 floors and never drop signal.

The protection plan just remind me that the device is taken car if it goes bad.

I wound up returning item so didn't have a need for this product anymore.

It's great service. But once they convince you to buy it when they fix your computer at the time it's broken, it's not much use after. Because most people's computers don't break again within 2 years. So it's essentially a waste.

I find that it becomes difficult to know when to and not to get the coverage.

I haven't had to use the warranty but it is good to know it is there if I need it.

I did have a chance to use it, but I'm sure it will come in handy.
