for a low price i extended warrty for 2 more years

I give it 2 stars only because i get to use it ones after all the products I've purchased in all the years. when warranty is in effect they replace/repair with no issues but what drives me up the wall is that you dont know when its about to expire and whats worse there is no way or extending it. I have all of the accounts in Best Buy. CC from them and online accnt set up. but I get no notifications if any of the warranties i Purchased in the are due to expire. Notifications on the App have it for Promotions, deals and Ads but not for expirations. So yea its good while u still remember you have it.

I bought the plan because products, especially technical ones, don't seem to last very long without problems. I have not had to use the extended warranty yet, and hope I never do need it.

I got the 2-year extended replacement this time because I've lost multiple routers to lightning. I hope I don't have to use it. Good peace of mind, I guess.

Fortunately, I have not needed to use the service. So can not actually review something I have not experienced. If works as described, it's a great value.

Although I never utilized this product Best Buy is top notch and stands behind everything they sell.

I only tried to use it 1 time and was told i needed to contact the mfg of the product 1st.

I have a larger house and i thought buying this would help but my speed didn't change.

Price was cheap so bought the coverage. Have had good luck with geek squad

In my personal opinion this product is good. No complains.

For certain things I think this is smart to buy and affordable.

Wow, be prepared to be EDUCATED! Not a pleasant experience.

Useless. Ineffectual. Wasted money. Thank you. Will not do that, again. Ever.
