I have been shopping at Best Buy for years. I always buy the extra warranty because if something goes wrong with the item I purchased, I just take it back to Best Buy and get another one in exchange. That is way better than having to box something up, call the manufacturer and get a RMA, go to the post office, send the item back after paying postage, wait for weeks for item to be returned, hope item is actually fixed, and then use your item again. See what I mean? So do yourself a favor and pay the 19 bucks for the extra warranty and relax :)

I had scheduled the Geek Squad to come out to the house and install the Netgear Nighhawk as I did not want to mess it up and then have to all them anyway. They arrived on time and were very professional, as they connected all devices to the new WiFi in the house and explained how it all worked.

I love that there is hardly any lag in my internet speed. The range even reaches outside of my home. This is an awesome cable modem router for gaming and streaming. I would recommend it to anyone!!!

I bought Geek Squad service along with my Netgear modem that helped me also saved me money as well. Great service when I had to replace. I recommend this service to protect your purchase.

I think it is a great investment for any product. I have used this warranty on other items purchased at Best Buy and it has paid off. Staff is always great to work with too.

At this time I have not had to use this service on this product (cable modem with wireless router) as it was easy to set up and is working fine so far. I have used the warranty service on a tablet my wife uses and was pleased except fo one time when the tablet had to be sent off site. Techs have been great to work with.

Though I just got the protection plan, I am pleased at the low price. It is definitely worth it since I will not be able to call up time warner about it to fix it..

Havent used in on the WIreless door lock yet but on other product such as home theater system and Laptops it has been a life saving tool.

Always add the extended warranty. Never had a problem with using it the few times I have had to.

They are good about replacing products that don't work. That's why I often buy this service.

Don't know if I'll need this plan but i wont risk it . They have saved alot of my gadgets
