I purchased this 2 year replacement so if there was a problem I would be guaranteed a refund or replacement or repair . I have not had to use it but I am glad to have it .

WE HAVE BOUGHT MOST OF OUR GADGETS AND APPLIANCES AT BEST BUY. WE ALWAYS GET THE PROTECTIONS FOR THEM, TOO. JUST LIKE YOUR CAR INSURANCE, IT WILL BE THERE WHEN YOU NEED IT.

I'm so glad we purchased the 2 year replacement. We exchanged the product with no problems. We were able to pick another product and paid the difference.

No a big fan of extended warranties but when spending as much as I did on the router I purchased, spending a bit more for protection was worth it in this case.

I always buy the extended warranty with the items I buy at Best Buy. When something breaks, I simply take it back and they give me a new one, no problem.

Geek Squad Replacement for Ring is a must because we had issues after 10 months and it was replaced with a newer model with no charge.

We have not had to use this for the router we purchased but in the past we have used the warranty for other items and it is very easy to use

I had a power surge and it fried the battery of my but luckily I had this warranty so I got a new one shipped to me at no extra cost

If you're going to splurge keep your item's protected. I have had to use my protection plan on a laptop and I was beyond satisfied!
