Needed this cause important to have just in case something goes wrong with your product of course

I feel that the price they were charging for this was a little too high for the benefit. It was only adding 1 year to the manufacture coverage (1 year). They charged $30 for a $250 products for a total of 2 years of coverage. I think this was a little steep for the limited time period so I just had them cancel the coverage and refund the charge.

The Geek squad does a very good job and I would recommend them to friends and family

easy to repair in store. Stuff getting expensive and with this just a protection.

Hope never have to use,thats always the dilema when making a purchase.

There's ongoing debate about whether to purchase the Geek Squad warranty. For me, it's like insurance and piece of mind. For higher ticket purchases, I think it's essential. I have used it for my laptop purchases and have never second-guessed my decision!

Purchased the Geek Squad protection for added peace of mind. Not sure if we'll need it. Catch 22.

I only tried to use it once and was told by the store i bought the product at that i had to contact the mfg first

I purchased this, never thought I would need it. But I did and I used it and I ended up saving a few hundred on replacement parts
