    Geek squad protection

    In my mind this is a very low price to give you that warm and fuzzy feeling to keep your high dollar products in good working order.

    Horrible, unknowledgable, waste of time and money

    There is no accountability for these under skilled customer service reps, labeled techs. I needed local assistance with 3 bnc cables. I called main number who had me hold forever. After describing my problem to the tech, his response was a reading of the address to what he assumed was my closest best buy. When I called them and held for geek squad, they told me that aren't sure if that's something geek squad can handle. I explained that I have the plan, they transferred me to another rep, who suggested I call the main geek squad number back. Since I was so far invested already, I figured I'd live chat geek squad as a way around this. After confirming all of the information, explaining the last three reps, he advised I call geek squad back. I explained that would just restart the cycle and I need assistance. After 10 minutes he suggested the same thing, call geek squad who said to call my local store, who said to call geek squad back, and asked if there was anything else he could assist with. I asked if to liaison the call to put an end to this. He said he or lyrics does live chat so will not be willing to help make the call. What did I pay for? What a waste of time and money.
