Not a fan of this operating system due to it not being the easiest to navigate through and you definitely will need to get geek squad protection on this

Although I try my best to get geek squad protection on all my products it doesn’t always seem to work to my best interest all the time. The techs a few times didn’t even believe me that my product doesn’t work correctly the whole time. Maybe it’s more the rudeness of most of the techs. They sometimes act like best is gonna go broke if they replace my item. I hate it when I need to use geek squad it’s never a pleasant experience. I had my product sent out one time and I really don’t think they did anything to it!!!!!!!!

secure your purchase! you wont buy another hoverboard at this warranty price, besides i have never had any problems w bestbuy warranties!!

This should have been applied my ebike which I thought it would be. Never trust bestbuy sales people they are liars and thieves.

They’re totally rude disrespectful and treat certain customers like dirt bag/s and that’s not except able I’m good w them at Braintree Best Buy for a lot of things even thou they’re the closest. I’ll start traveling to other stores for better services and help. Because this isn’t it

Very disappointed that the service plan I purchased was not returned as well.I knew by the way the customer service agents acted that I missed it by one day. Not sure why they didn’t do the right thing and return the service plan also

I was not allowed to purchase the plan...told it was no longer offered. I am totally disappointed as I always buy the protection plan. I am even more upset if it was available but not to me.

Wasn't allowed to replace my product at all. I was very disappointed.

its reallt high for the iteam. for the lenght of the coverage n no accident coverage with it.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I bought my son one for Christmas. He didn't open it till weeks later. Once opened getting it out the box we heard something on the inside. Sounds like something on the inside was broken. We charged it overnight. The next day he rode it and all of sudden it will make a beeping noise and the red light will come on. Once that happens it stops. We turn it off and back on to try again the same thing. It was passed the return date at BestBuy. I went to Hoover-1 and filled out a ticket for broken product. It’s been two weeks and haven’t heard anything back from them. It’s no number to call. Once again DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

There is a small part that should not be plastic as it is very important and pretty easy to break. It keeps the handlebars tightened and in place. If it was metal like everything else and welded to the scooter then just simply untwisting the metal screw too far wouldn't make it just fall right off after a couple of rides. Other than that it's a great scooter.
