I love the warranty. Had one on last washer and when it went down, which was only once, within warranty there is no charge to fix

There worth the money, i feel very protested with there coverage, , i dont worry things will go wrong after buying, if they do i know it will be fixed or replaced

We installed our appliances ourselves, but had a question during installation and they quickly answered with clear instructions.

The agents brought the dryer on time and promptly had it hooked up and running.

So far the units have been working fine. Hopefully I won’t have to use the plan but it is always good to have a back up

well my whirlpool washer broke down after about 3 yrs , but lucky ive got geek squad protection , Right , nope Wrong , when i broke i called the geek squad and they sent out a repairman with 4 days this was pretty good , unfortunately he did nothing and said the washer needed 2 parts a little part and a big part , he said it should only take about 3 days to arrive and to call back when i get the parts, well the little part did take 3 days to arrive however the big part didnt arrive so i gave the geek squad a little call and ask them how long before i get the big part well suprise im looking at waiting another 21 business days (over a month in total before they even get the part) this is not a rare part and its not a rare company its whirlpool , but i was told that these companys send out all their parts in bulk and that im just going to have to wait over month before they decide to send all these parts out to all these different customers , so if your considering buy a geek squad protection plan ( or anything whirlpool for that matter ) its worth considering that if anything bigger than a broken dial occurs you may be having to wait for parts and then have to make a appt for installation of the parts which cant take over a month to get the parts and then several weeks for installation (6 to 8 wks in total ) for me i would not have bought this plan had i known what i know now ,

Anyone would be a fool not to get an extended warranty on a washer or dryer in this day and age. Things were not built as they used to be and in my experience 3 to 7 years the appliance will go

Purchased an LG washing machine, amazing love it. But the installation was flawless and fast. I also purchased the 5yr extended warranty service for peace of mind.

Really liked this dryer havent had no problem’s with it.

Delivery was good , guys were ok considering 5flights up. But I took care of them. Machine still running great I'm happy with my Samsung washing machine.

Never know when you need it if you use it everyday

IT'S WORTH IT TO HAVE THE EXTRA SERVICE, IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG. NOT ON EVERYTHING BUT MOST THINGS, IT'S HAVING PIECE OF MIND, YOU HAVE A BACKUP PLAN.

I would rather contract service through Bestbuy. I had a horrible experience using a Maytag extended warranty. All my TVs and appliances have been through Bestbuy.

It is better to have it and not use it, than to need it and not have it
