My dryer stopped working. Called 800 number for Geek Squad Protection to set up appointment to have it fixed. Geek Squad came out in a reasonable amount of time and fixed the dryer quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

This washing machine only lasted for one year and five months before it broke down. The hot water inlet valve stopped working and the gears under the tub started whining loudly. I was able to receive a new one only because I purchased a Geek Squad warranty for 5 years. I then purchased a new warranty and hoses for the replacement for $250 for a new warranty and hoses incase this one decides to break down. One last complaint I have about the extended warranty is if you file a claim they will void the warranty, yet no other warranty company will void your contract for a repair or replacement until your 5 years you paid for is actually done. I advice anyone making a big purchase ticket item to find an outside warranty company which will guarantee you the full term contract for the 5 years.

I purchased a washer and dryer two weeks ago. I have also bought a protection plan for 5 years with Geek Squad. I will have a peace of mind in the next five years, in case of any repair needed.

I highly recommend washer and dryer extended warranties. All of them I've purchased have paid off.
