Haven’t needed to use this service yet. But I’m hoping things will work out smoothly if something happens

I’m very pleased with the technician he wanna solve my washer and dryer beside that I wasn’t very happy with the delay is six months delay to get my washer and dryer dude that messed up my person he help me with the purchase and I have to wait six week to get the rest of the part. Very frustrating.

Not sure this is needed but we purchased it, just in case. The wait at the Geek Squad desk is too long.

I connected the washer and dryer myself but it’s also a good idea to always have the quick acting gig squad on hand

The best agent around when u walk in the store they are willing to help u explains differences on products and suggestions I love it

These are great washer and dryers! It has all the bells and whistles to be energy effecient too!

I don't buy the protection plans all the time but I do when I buy expensive appliances. I hope I don't have to use this but if I do I know Best Buy will fix or replace like they have for me before.

How can you go wrong with a protection plan? Great customer service with every plan i have ever bought, and I buy a plan for EVERYTHING.

Always purchase a 5-year warranty on any major appliance. It's worth it.

Geek Squad does a great job with their protection services. I've used them in the past for many items and have never had an issue.

e always purchase this. Unfortunately we have needed the warranty in the past for a number of products. Best Buy has been easy to work with.

I havent used it and i hope i dont need to. I hope the washer purchased lasts longer than the 3 years but f not well im glad we got it....

Great product plan for anything you get from Best Buy.it really helps with anything other than physical damage to the dryer.
