I buy all my electronics and appliances from Best Buy because of the Geek Squad service. Also Best Buy has a great points program.

Best Buy can provide the tech to fix it, or the means to replace the item, I always purchase the GSP plan.

Things often break right after the standard warranty expires. Worth the price up front to avoid a big bill later. Too bad we need this. Higher quality appliances would make them obsolete. Maybe that is the point.

Why would you buy something that will be used almost daily and is expensive and not put a warranty on it? Let’s be smart

I have not used this as my machines have not been delivered, but I am happy that I will have the piece of mind that if something goes wrong, I have someone to call.

I’m very pleased with the technician he wanna solve my washer and dryer beside that I wasn’t very happy with the delay is six months delay to get my washer and dryer dude that messed up my person he help me with the purchase and I have to wait six week to get the rest of the part. Very frustrating.
