Have not had to use the protection yet but Geek Squad has been great. Needed them a couple times with the products I bought and they have came out and have been helpful.

I recommend for everyone to get this service from best buy. Its worth the money. You will not be disappointed..

Get to have . Whenever something with washer or dryer , I know for five years I don’t have to worry they would take care of it.

I always buy geek squad protection plan for all my equipments as they have been very good in past, I have not called them until now for these new equipments which means my equipments are working properly.

Get ALWAYS geek squad protection even if you have the manufacture one. YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF 100 TIMES OVER!!!!

Purchased a 5 year protection plan so I did not have to worry for 5 years. Had a Samsung and it had all kinds of problems with that washer, and yes no protection plan

This warranty is the first time we have ever purchased one from Best Buy. I don't want to give a five star until we need to use for the first time, however, sounds good in writing and was easy to purchase.

I have not had to use this. I trust if I do with 5 yrs everything will go well. I am glad I purchased the additional coverage.
