      I had to get geek squad on my machine because the last one broke repeatedly. I know best buy did not make the Samsung washer, however they had to fix and replace it. I always get geek squad.

      I always buy the geek plan...it has saved us more than once...a lot of times a product goes out within 30 days and one item right before the warranty end...saved by the bell...

      For the little bit that it cost, don't even hesitate to buy the five year protection plan from geek squad. I promise you, the peace of mind is worth 10 times what it cost

      This is my first LG purchase with washers. We had our Maytag for 20+ years. I did my research and this was the one plus getting a warranity is always a good investment on a high price item
