It is always worth the price to get a 5-year protection option on your appliance. Appliances are not made like they used to be 25 to 30 years ago - one thing goes wrong, and it's a large bill if no protection. Get the coverage.

I purchased the 5 year warranty from Best Buy. The warranty is reasonable compared to other appliance stores and manufacturers warranty. It's great to have the peace of mind. Would recommend getting a warranty for your washer.

Excellent capacity and very versatile. Cleans efficiently and has many cleaning capabilities.

I am glad that I have this. However, one thing to note is that during the factory warranty period Geek Squad is not effective. You must go through the manufacturers system. I did have a slight issue with my washer and had to wait a month for the factory technician to show up, even though I had paid extra for Geek Squad service.

The delivery personal, were polite ,careful with my washer, and place it where told. Awesome job.

Although i have yet to use the geeks squad service. I know and understand that i had to purchase this Geek protection with my brand new washer, i could easly rest knowing that if anything goes wrong with my washer. They geeks squad will be there to fix it.

Look, who cares about what they call themselves. Three years of knowing that a fix for any problem with my new washing machine is only a phone call away is worth every cent I paid for it. What price peace of mind? I doubt I will ever need to call them but I know that if I do, they'll be there to fix whatever is broken, and at seventy, that's worth a lot.

This item first time problems i was call rightaway they exchange but second one is same problem didn't exchange bue they try to fix . I get scheduled.

I haven't used it yet but so far everything is good! Will update if possible with accurate performance details when used.

Bought the combo with dryer and love how quiet it is. Also the jingles when the load is done.

Geek Squad protection is a great value for us. It has saved us untold dollars in repairs over the past 20 years.

Installed my washer and hopefully I never have to use the repair service but it gives me peace of mind knowing I have it.
