The techs brought the tools, I already had the connection hoses and hookups, and have not needed the technical services of the Squad in the year since purchase. Zero problems with the entire purchase.

Geek squad protection is a must went your spending a lot of money on a product like appliances or laundry machines. With that said when something does go wrong you'll def be happy that you coughed up the money for the geek squad because they don't disappoint

Got a great LG washer and dryer with a one-year warranty from factory ... Not saying if that's good or bad but I do know Best Buy's extended warranty it's a lot better because if they can't fix it They will replace it for the cost you pay for

The Geek Squad is super! They deliver and set up our appliances/televisions and service any items that require repair. It is reassuring to have them as a back-up should we lose the function of any of our electronics.

This service has benefitted me already. It has allowed me to have free delivery and removal of my old appliances. This service has already paid for itself. A really good benefit to have should either of the computers fail. Good idea.

Can’t go wrong buying a warranty for pennies more especially on a washer and dryer that will be used daily . The Geek Sqauad warranty is a must for us on all products because it assures I didn’t waste my money if something happens to break .

If you are on the fence. Just know that the price for after warranty diagnostic, not including fixing the issue is 80% of a five year plan.

Cost for 3 yr coverage was very reasonable. Was told it covers everything !

Email delivery was fast. I have used this service before and they are great with warranties.

I think it is good idea to buy this waranty, hopping never use it.
