    Fantastic service by the geek squad, they never stop amazing me. Extremely knowledgeable in the field that they work in. The set up of the new appliances went very smooth and fast. I know who I’m getting for my next TV set up.

    The agents worked hard to do everything that I asked them to do and they worked with my schedule. They were kind a courteous to me and my family. It was a great help to have them here when everything was being set up, and it is a great to know that they will be with me for the next four years.

    Protection plan purchase

    When I purchased my appliances I was told that I had two weeks after the delivery date to purchase the protection plan. I went into the store to make the purchase and I was told by the CSR that it wasn't possible because two had past from the date of purchase. She then asked the Department Manager what could be done, he told her to give me an 800 number and they could help me. Once she ran the info again, she was able to complete the transaction. Then stated to me, "I knew you were telling the truth. But my computer isn't acting right!" On another note, I love my new washer and dryer! The young lady that assisted me with the initial purchase was great, but the second lady that I purchased the protection plan from was definitely not my favorite.

    You pay for what you get.....I had no issues purchasing a 5 year Standard Geek Squad Protection Plan. Things happen and I have the assurance that the Geek Squad will be available for any future issues I possibly have in the future.

    This plan offers great piece of mind. I get a lot of power surges in my area and have had a washer fail previously due to power surge. Knowing I have this plus additional coverage gives me piece of mind.

    This was the first product I bought for my brand new home, It was a necessity of course and a good one. These products have and still is taking care of my clothes like a good machine should, I am very pleased with this purchase.

    Considering the expensive price of the washing machine, the 5 year Geek Squad warranty is WELL worth the asking price. There is no really good reason not to pick this up. Of the washer and dryer, the washer is more expensive to repair and more likely to have a failure. 100% worth the price on this one.

    Hum, i didn't that samsung dryer is cheap. I reversed door a d screws didnt screw in tight call best buy , best told me to call samsung but samsung was rude told even it a manufacured defect they didnot cover door issues only functional problems and refer me.back to best buy. Eventhough i bought the extended protection buy rep alfonso promised to help me resolve the isue with the stupid but see i just lie to he didnt call me as he promised me. SO IF ARE PLANNING TO APLIANCES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAMSUNG BECAUSE AFTER THE 15 DAYS IF IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL THE WONT FIX IT. SAMSUNG SUCKS

    If I could rate this 0 star I would. If you want to save yourself the hassle don't bother purchasing their protection plan. I have purchased all my appliances from them because they had the best deals. BUT when it comes to getting geek squad to do their job it is the worse experience ever! I started to have issues with my washer a week ago, I have the 5-year protection plan with geek squad so I called to set up an appointment that same day this so call " servicer" called to ask what was wrong with my washer I told him what was wrong and he said they will go ahead and order the part and be here Saturday (8-12). Saturday gets here and its 3 pm no one called no showed up. I called the "servicer" who rudely says the part has not arrived yet and can't do anything about it until the part is delivered I start to ask why didn't anyone say anything or even call to let me know they weren't going to show up, he interrupted me and says he didn't know how long it will take Ill have to call them and find out he can't do anything about it. I called the geek squad and they said the part can take up to 30 days to arrive!! They FAILED to say that when purchasing the protection plan. It is worthless! I end up buying another washer because I can not wait on them to fix it. It can take up to a month! Seriously! I have a washer in my home for a reason and I purchased their protection plan for a reason as well. I did not expect them to turn around and say it may take up to 30 days, and that only for the part to be delivered, then I'll have to wait to make another appointment with them to come to fix it. All this is ridiculous and very inconvenient definitely not worth the money at all! I hope corporate sees the worthless products and services they have and do something about it. They lost a customer with me and I will make sure I share my experience with EVERYONE I know!!

    My protection plan affords me the ability to know that if I have a problem that is not covered by the LG warranty, I need not worry. I can contact the Geek Squad to fix what is amiss! It is worth the extra cost to be covered for an expensive repair.

    Haven’t had to use this yet which I figure is the best case scenario but I’m sure if I do I will review it… so far I’m very impressed with Best Buy’s delivery & installation crew!!

    I got tired of my washing machine breaking down once a year, so I bought this, with my new one. Only had to use it once they got right on sending out the repair service and fixed it no charge.
