I have always used the Geek Squad for my Electronics, Computers, and Appliances. I have never had anything but reliable service.

If you spend over $200 on anything at Best Buy and don't get Geek squad protection, you are asking for regret. It is certainly better to have it and not need it than the reverse.

Definitely recommend getting an extended warranty plan. It is well worth it.

I could not get my dryer hooked up on delivery day due to not having proper valve, after having proper valve in place, it took me one phone call for geek squad to come back in and hook up my gas dryer

They seem to answer my questions when I go in and most times have a solution to the problem.

Have had several months of use of these pair and working great.

With major appliances, nothing is better than knowing that the right person will come to install and service your appliance if there ever is a need.

Protection plan is a nice feature from Best Buy as they are covering repair/parts replacement and many more things along with the best agents for proving support

Great dryer efficient and works great i recommend the quality it’s good

Geek squad has one of the best protection pains ever. I get it on everything I buy from Best Buy and have never had a problem using it. I make lager purchases from here just for the protection pains!!

I am glad I purchased a production plan for an appliance purchased at Best Buy. The service was excellent and we were completely satisfied with the technician and his performance. I would highly recommend Geek Squad protection warranty plans.
