I haven’t had to use it yet so not sure how it will go if I do

With all the computerization it's a great price of mind to know I have this and do not have to watch endless videos to troubleshoot any issues that can potentially void my warranty.

They are very responsive but nothing was accomplished. They never followed up on things they were supposed to follow up on. My floor is damaged from the faulty installation from their installer.

The Geek Squad warranty is affordable & makes sense when you spend lots of money on appliances. It is nice that you can include it in the interest free loan too.

I am loving my new washer and dryer! So much room in the washer. Washes do well!

Awesome service. I had a washer installed and notice it made a loud sound a few times through the cycle. I call and they set up another delivery / exchange no questions asked.

Due to our family’s heavy usagee, a 5 yr warranty is a must for us.

Used it within thirty days for the dryer. Technician came out addressed the issue and gave great advice . It paid for itself with that one visit

I purchased a 5 year warranty because you never know. Last washer I purchased only had 2 years on a different model. After 5-6 years it started making loud noises and I'm sure it could've been easy fix but it was time to trade up. Get warranty!!

My last machine was double the price and broke down just past the manufacturers warranty. It was not purchased at Best Buy and store said all the people who bought those machines saw them broken beyond repair within 3 years. No remedy was offered.

Samsung is a very quality product. We've enjoyed a sophisticated look in our laundry room and a superior washing and drying experience, with our Samsung Washer and Dryer. The Best Buy Team from Sales to Service has been excellent.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my new washer. They were in and out before I knew it, answered all my questions and left my laundry room spotless. I highly recommend Geek Squad installation!

The agent was nice and competent but the policy is crap. I had to wait 30 days to see if the part would arrive to the warehouse and if it didn't my washing machine would be replaced. The part never arrived so I got a new washer but we had to wait 30 days which meant going to the laundry mat until it was replaced. The CS rep told me I could buy a new one but why would I do that when I have a warranty policy? It made no sense.

Contractors came out and installed everything perfect. No complains.

Got to get warranty anything you use through out the years

I shop on Best Buy almost 19 years. All my laptop, tv , I Apple pod, printer , Apple watch , washers, always I’m happy , Xbox, PlayStation, games , gift cards

I purchased the 3 year warranty on my new washer and dryer. Have not had to use it yet, but trust that Best Buy will stand behind their warranty as they always have in the past.
