I ordered a dryer was delivered by geek squad guys were polite. But dryer never worked I called geek squad 3 hours after it was delivered had to wait 4 days for them to come look at it was unfixable.so had to be returned I then had to wait 4or 5 days for them to come pick it back up and bring new dryer in mean time had to go to laundry Matt spend more money this should of been fix much sooner at a 700 price .i was very upset on how this all played out cost me even more money in long run but the guys who were here to drop off were polite did there work but did not clean up after the moved furniture to get dryer were it needed to go but did not put it back when done also the Dickson city store does not have enough people to hook up gas stuff. First I was told they can't hook up then after they got here was told they could if the guy that has certification was with them ( which he was not) and 2nd time here store told me they can hook it up but there was additional charge ( are u serious I spend 700 on dryer that didn't work you told me could be hooked up by you now it can if I pay more money) and still guys that came couldn't hook up because they were not certified to do so and new dryer was even more money than first time plus I had to go to laundry Matt to do my laundry

The agent delivered my washer and installed unit. Very clean and professional

The agents did a great job at installing the machines. They gave me step by step on how to use and clean them.

This is my second Samsung washer and dryer set. The first set was great and near the end the protection package was VERY well worth it.

Replaced leaking samsung. So far so good. Hope it doesn’t leak.

I got the 5 year plan. And my washer broke and they came with a new one. Always make sure u have a plan in place best thing ever.

Geek Squad protection is a great opportunity to protect your products. You never know an item may fail after the manufacturer warranty is complete.

Havent had to use it yet but knowing i have it is a relief.

This washing machine is going in to my son's apartment so while I'm not expecting any issues with an LG product, this is great "appliance insurance policy" for the price. Also prefer dealing with BB rather than Customer Service at LG headquarters.

Hope this coverage is better than home depot's all they did was give me the run around when it came time to repair. This coverage is great because it's though there geek squad after the first year.

Great deal. I purchased this plan for both my new washer and dryer. Hopefully I never have to use it. But it's a great feeling to know I am covered if something goes wrong.
