The Geek Squad coverage is an excellent way to protect your purchase. When questions arise, you are treated with respect and super fast customer service. Do not purchase without protecting.

The Geek squad is an outstanding organization. Each time I had them to the house for TV or computer problems they were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Cannot praise them enough.

Hope I never need to use it, as the LG washer this was purchased for is supposed to be very dependable. BUT.... ONE NEVER KNOWS FOR SURE. All in all, glad to know if something electrical/digital breaks down it will be covered for the first five years.

Definitely worth the purchase. First dryer I purchased had manufacturer defect and Geek squad replaced it immediately. Didn’t have to deal with manufacturer directly which was great

Did not need to purchase the Geek Squad protection plan so I returned it back to the store and got a refund. I have been personally called a really big Geek for over forty years now. With that being said and my peers letting me know that I am the biggest Geek that they have ever known for such a long time now, I know that I am completely capable of fixing anything that might cause a problem with the computer electronics on the washing machine should it fail. Can't be much different from the computer controlled French fry machine that I operate at my work where I am King. Burger King that is.

Definitely worth the cost for 5 years protection. Have had issues in past with both washer and dryer and repairs and new units far outweighs cost of having this piece of mind.

What can I say, Best Buy is hands down the best place to go to for appliances. The prices, delivery, installation and extended warranty make this the perfect package. Not to mention quality products. And finally customer service is exceptional.

I've already had to use mine so I'm very glad we have it. Our brand new drier that we purchased isn't working. Since we didn't install it until after owning it for 30 days we couldn't just return it. Geek Squad is coming to the rescue next week.
