I’m always happy to know that my purchases are backed by geek squad. They are great with fixing and getting the value back of something goes wrong. They have this on my reviews a few times, so this is my third review, just taking advantage of getting reward points.

I have learned this the hard way a few times... I now always buy the Geek Squad extended warranty. I don't always need it, but when I do, it is a relief. For us this has been great for things like headphones, computer monitors, and video games.

Geek squad warranty for peace of mind on critical equipment in my life. Haven't needed it yet.

In the past, I haven't been one to purchase the extended replacement warranties. Not all companies make it easy to use. When I have had to use the warranty through Best Buy, it was quick and hassle free. The produce was replaced that day in the store.

If you have a purchase over $300.00 the a geek squad service agreement is a must. The agreement will. give you insurance if the product has becomes damaged. I had a service agreement on.my Samsung TV and when the TV screen went out I called the Geeksquad and they gave me. the information I needed to go to the store.and pick out another TV using the credit amount that I paid for the original TV.

This purchase was a no brainer for me. My unit is fully protected for two years. That gives me a sense of relief and Peace of Mind in the event the system is damaged in any way. In comparison to other protection plans the cost is very reasonable and highly competitive, and the coverage is unmatched.

bought as a back up plan for for my netgear wifi extender, when it quick working after 1 year, I was able to replace it without any problems. Definitely recommend if your buying any kind of electronics that are expensive.

Anything I buy over $150, I always get protection. I have three kids and something is bound to happen in the next 2 to 3 years. I’d rather play it safe. And when something does happen they are awesome they fix or replace it right on the spot. Totally worth it!

I love that Best Buy has Geek Squad, and that Geek Squad offers extended warranties! This give me peace of mind knowing should anything go wrong all I have to do is reach out to Geek Squad and they will come out and fix or replace the issue/product.

The agent was veey diligent and helped me to set up an appointment to go to a lication to fic my computer. The process was easy and they sent me the computer back to my home. I am pleased to have Purchased this insurance and for the excellent service.

I had the geek squad replacement service on my arlo chime. After a power surge took out my chime, best buy staff was happy to help and the plan got me 100% of what i soent on the item back. Totally worth it!

This is a great option for someone not looking for a long term service plan, or might only own a particular device for a short amount of time where the product wouldn’t need to be covered over multiple years. In this case, a service plan of two years might be just what you’re looking for.

The Best Buy insurance is the best for electronics. They always take care of my electronics when they mess up but obviously it is the normal wear and tear and or difficulty with the product.

It's definately worth it in the end. We had to unplug some of our alexa's to move and one of them would not re connected to the new internet no matter what we did so we used the plan and we were able to get a new one without even going inside the building

I always get the plan, the plan is good, recommend the plan... did I mention I like the plan? I am a Best Buy Employee, however my views / opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect Best Buy Policy. Oh, yeah and get the plan ;)
