I buy a geek squad plan for all of my consoles, computers, smart tvs, etc... For example, most routers only last 2 years or less due to the stress put on them.

Best Buy has been wonderful in the past when I have had issues with returns. I can't imagine buying anything that could break without their extended protection plan.

The protection plans cost so little to protect a product. I’d rather pay this than end up having to fork over a lot more money if something went wrong.

You should always get the product replacement because you can only exchange within 14 days of purchase. If anyone is like me I don't open my stuff right away

If I am buying a high end product I only buy from Best Buy and honestly everything comes down to Geek Squad. The are just excellent.

Always good to have some extra service. Have not had to use it as yet but felt safe knowing it was available to me.

It always peace of mind to have the plan if something goes wrong. Like if WIFI router went down and we get replacement quickly.
