    I have used Geek Squad Replacement plans on many of the products that I purchased from Best Buy. I have NEVER had an issue or problem with an exchange.

    I never use Geek Squad, but If I need too I will. They are Professional and Friendly. I was told by my friends. If I don't Rate It, It won't Submit. So I'm giving 4 stars because of what I heard.

    Geek Squad are quick to respond, are knowledgeable and best of all, have a solid back-up from the Best Buy in case any resources like parts etc are required to complete the job. However, competency of the workperson may depend on the experience that person has in that product / service.
