I have never had to use the 2 YR replacement program. I usually get geek squad protection on all my purchases but I have been disappointed at times with the repair dept. in N. Canton, OH. The N. Canton GS are too busy to get things done in a timely manner in the electronics such as cell phones, computers, etc. My first encounter was good with them. My second encounter was not good at all. I purchased a computer and they were suppose to transfer my PDF files from my old computer to my new one and gave me a date of a week out to have it finished when I dropped it off. I called a week later to check the status and they had not touched it. So when they called me back to let me know it was done. None of my PDF files were transferred on the new computer then the sales person tried to feed me a line of BS and say, "well sometimes the files don't transfer because they are can not be transferred due to how they were saved". Meaning PDF,docx,etc. I looked at him and laughed and said please do not try to tell me you can not transfer a PDF file from one device to another they are the simplest documents to transfer and that is why I save most everything PDF. I felt like he thought I was a techno tard. Needless to say I lost all of my documents because they wiped my old computer clean.

I have no had to use them, for for certain things you don't have much knowledge of yourself, it is certainly helpful to have the geek squad on stand bye!
