I bought the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, and I'm hoping that I don't ever need to use it. It was a reasonable price compared to replacing the product.

I always buy all protection plans for all purchases I made the mistake in the past by not buying for my computer worst decision ever. Its great to have peace of mind when having protection for all purchases at Best Buy.

It was easy to set up and great connection for a fully wifi home of 5. However, it stopped working aftet 3 weeks. Geek protection replace it but the next one did the same thing in 3 weeks. Went with a different model.

This the part of bestbuy that just love and will always buy my electronics from B.B. and only them there no BS if it’s broken then it’s broken no questions asked and replaced on the stop try that somewhere else

I am hoping that my extended warranty on my Arlo Pro cameras will pay off with this purchase. Cameras have the potential to break down when exposed to the elements. Figured this would be a good reassurance to have.

Save yourself the headache and purchase an extended warranty through Best Buy. It makes it so simple for repairs and or replacement if something goes wrong with your product.

The replacement policy for Geek Squad is worth every penny you pay. It allows you to cover both home appliances purchased at Best Buy and the computer equipment also.

Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.

Bought this plan for my Note 10 + as well as my wife's. Give great peace of mind in the event one of them dies. Got screen protection as well in case it drops.

I brought this warranty to go along with a Netgear router that I purchase from Best Buy. You cannot go wrong with the warranty price especially if you're spending a couple of hundred dollars for a router

Our world has lost the ability to provide great customer service. Best Buy has not. Geek Squad is great, caring and knowledgeable, go figure. A diamond in the industry other need to learn from Go Best Buy

2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement. I have yet to use this particular plan. But in the past when I need to use a Geek Squad plan they were excellent to work with!

I got it for my netgear nighthawk router but never had to use it. That’s a good thing but also just knowing that I had it as a back up

Geek Squad support provides great assistance with all questions. Very professional and explain everything clearly. Answers all questions until customer is satisfied.

Another good 2-year replacement choice for our electric item...It just depends on what the item is you are purchasing and how long you hope to keep it...
