Haven’t used the warranty yet but they told me I can exchange the product in two years bo problem! For a $100 product at only $10 more, good deal.

It is a great extended warranty to have on appliances etc to return when they go faulty & 9x out of 10 they do.

The geek squad warranty is worth it. They are helpful with questions at the store. I have had to bring items back but no problems with replacing it.

Always get the insurance Best Buys has the best replacement warranty. Even at times when it's a bit pricy.
