I used this service to have a new Denon home theater receiver fixed. There were still some issues that couldn't be resolved so they replaced the receiver and I've had no problems since then.

The replacement plans are the best. Easy replacement of modem which quit working, didn’t have to wait.

Not too sure why I bought the warranty on this with it being such a cheap deal but hey it's protected.

We felt this would be a good protection plan and hope to never use it.
