I only buy my electronics from Best Buy for their warranties. You never know if anything will happen but if they do their no hassle warranty’s are a game changer.

These protection plans work well with items that can't really be fixed by Geek Squad. Usually the item amount is refunded and the protection plan ends.

I actually had to use this for our router and I am glad we purchased it. They replaced our item that was giving us problems without any issues.

when my tv when off I call geek squad and they answer right away, and in 3 days they came home and fix the tv in 20 minutes, such an amazing work so satisfied.

It’s a no brainer for me. Everything is too state of the art and too many things that can go wrong with it. A surge for example. Everything is too delicate now a days and you never know.

How can you beat the service of the geek squad support on all your laptops help with installation process and knowledge base

It’s been great to have the security of knowing that if something goes wrong with this product, it’s completely covered. That’s great peace of mind.

I got this for my earbuds and when they were not working they gave me an option to get the same ones or I can buy other ones so I upgraded and bought different ones

The Geek Squad is an ideal piece of mine when buying new technology. I have not had to use it but it is good to know it is there if needed.

Accidents are never planned and I would hate to be without a router. With this, they said I would be able to upgrade to something of equivalent price in a year or two which sounds great!

Love my Instant Pot. I use my crock pots all the time, but this out did them by a mile and the flavor was outstanding. Especially for meats.
