Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been to the store and was told that there were no parts for my device and that I would need to contact the geek squad number for help. Now I'm on the phone for about an hour and a half now, transferred 6 times and counting. No one is helping and customer service is the WORST Ive ever experienced. None of the reps are taking accountability or responsibility. This has been a total waste of my time and money. I would not purchase again.

a crap net gear router
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the crap neat gear router its haveing continous break in net connections when i called the customer support they couldnt solve the issue and they need another 89 dollars for technical support within warranty this isuue is from netger not from bestbuy i kindly request whoever view my rivew plz dont try to buy this crap its an ultimate trash

does not integrate with Alexa

It has Alexa, but does not integrate with audio groups, intercom... It should be listed that way. Disappointed once again with Amazon Alexa products... Should have bought Google Nest back when I started. Too late now.

Don't Buy These
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hooked these up and after about 5 minutes got a terrible headache. These LED's have a very fast flicker that is not noticeable to the naked eye. When recording in slow motion from a cell phone it looks like something out of a horror movie. Returned.
