I feel it’s always worth it to have a protection plan. It’s inexpensive & is usually good for a couple years. If you can afford it, do it.

Got this replacement program when original doorbell went on the fritz. New doorbell still not working properly. At this point, not pleased.

Customer support made the return and swap easy. Item was returned and swapped promptly with only 1 call from me as the customer.

Great service and no problems getting the work done. It would be great if you could get loaned a computer if yours has to be sent away for repairs or takes longer than a day.

This has saved me a few times now. I had a router's firware corrupt after 6 months of frequent settings changes and resets. They swapped it out in-store with no hesitation.
