Geek squad has a reliable service and warranty ..I would recommend to get Geek Squad. Best Buy has a good warranty program.

I always buy the geek squad care anytime I purchase something big. I have used it several times for many items never fails me.

No questions asked when I brought back my old item. It went out after 23 months, so they replaced it with the newest model.

When I purchased my Echo Dot I also purchased the 2-year Geek squad product replacement package for only $4 extra! I personally thought it was well worth it!

I normally don't buy extended warranty, but thought for a 400 dollar router worth the extra. Glad I did as ended up needing to use it and exchange was quick and painless

Not sure how to rate this since we havent needed to use the warranty. Hopefully it stays that way.
