Decided to get this protection as extra safety net. No need as of yet, and hope it isn’t needed, but glad I purchased for piece of mind.

I have already taken advantage of this product replacement for my Wi-Fi and it is well worth the money.

With electronics failing everyday it pays to insure your purchases. I have not had to use this service of yet but I am covered for 2 years no matter what they say. Hopefully will not need to use but spending almost 200 dollars for a wireless modem capable of handling our needs I felt no choice but to pay for this insurance

Any time we have had an issue, there have been helpful staff willing g and ready to assist. We have had to replace items Nd it was hassle free, no questions asked

When you spend $200 plus on a router and they offer a two year replacement for less than 10% it was a no brainer. Geek squad service has been great for me.

They have efficiently fixed several devices to Satisfaction in sufficient time.

Warranty is inexpensive and Best Buy has never let me down with their warranty contracts in the past so I will continue to purchase. Peace of mind at an affordable price.

I don't always get a coverage on my device but in this case my wife tends to break a lot of things it was a best idea to have this.

It always peace of mind to have the plan if something goes wrong. Like if WIFI router went down and we get replacement quickly.

This product is well worth the money I was curious at first but I do not regret the purchase I recommend it to everyone.

Worry free when you get the extended warranty from Best Buy. Anything happens take it to Best Buy store and swap it out.
