Geek Squad are quick to respond, are knowledgeable and best of all, have a solid back-up from the Best Buy in case any resources like parts etc are required to complete the job. However, competency of the workperson may depend on the experience that person has in that product / service.

I always get the extended warranty and have used it 4 times over the years. It has paid off in the long run.

It is a great extended warranty to have on appliances etc to return when they go faulty & 9x out of 10 they do.

This additional 2 years of warranty is very in expensive and though electronics are fairly reliable they are vulnerable.

I can’t tell you the number of times Geek squad protection has saved my family. We buy it on almost everything. Well worth the minimal investment!!
