I’ve never had an issue utilizing Best Buy’s protection plans.

I have protection plan on all my electronics and it gives me peace of mind.

This service is good for those that have no other means of support. However the quality has went downhill as they have outsourced to other countries. I can not understand most of the techs after having an issue as after the initial call you are transferred to a Tech overseas that will work on your computer. In America Americans need jobs.

Used for a refrigerator. Glad I had it when the ice machine was having problems nice to be able to call on someone to come over and work on it

I love this replacement plan. I always pay for one if I can afford it.

When ever geek squad offers me a protection plan I never turn it down.

The agents mounted my tv and set up all the connections. Also showed me alk the things that my tv can do and were very helpful with all my questions.
