I always purchase key Squad with my orders. It gives me peace of mind and a technical contact if something goes wrong.

Overall I had a good experience with Geek Squad. There was one lady in particular who was rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder and had better things to do than help me. Besides that the other staff were very nice, helpful and willing to spend the time to fix my issues!!! Took several times of bringing my computer in but we finally found and fixed the problems!

It is a good backup to have for any product electronics you purchase. It’s a safety net.
