Geek squad protection seems worth getting for in case a part fails or unit is dropped. Just hope to not have to use it.

Always have to schedule with them Some days full others they work with you overall it’s ok service.

This is good insurance to cover your priceless possessions. You are protected from life’s accidents.

This is something i haven’t used and hope not to as long as the product operates like it should.

I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF THINGS AT BEST BUY AND SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO RETURN A THING OR TWO. BEING THAT I'M AN ELITE MEMBER THEY HAVE TOLD ME I CAN'T RETURN THINGS. THEY TELL YOU THIS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVEN'T LOOKED TO SEE IF YOU HAVE LONGER PERIODS TO RETURN ITEMS BEING AN ELITE MEMBER. PLEASE CHECK A CUSTOMERS INFO BEFORE MAKING A DECISION PLEASE.

Had no issues with this insurance plan, actually gave me the value return a few times when needed.

Yes techs put my tv up, great no problem, all other merchandise I've brought are working great.

The BAD: The phone service withers Geek squad was A BAD JOKE! The guy had NO CLUE what a WiFi Mesh was. We needed help setting it up and how to work it. We are Senior citizens with little tech savvy... We knew more than the obnoxious young snotty guy with Geek Squad! He was rude and was NOT interested in our problem! We ended up solving the problem ourselves. Thanks for nothing! We wasted $40! Now for... The GOOD: We went to the store and set an appointment time for the next day. We came back at appt. time and Josh walked us through all the WiFi extenders and Mesh... we went with WiFi Mesh after Josh asked slot of thorough questions to know the layout of our home and how we need the equip. to function. We went with the one he said would make us happy..... we could not be happier! We LOVE the Mesh system we bought! JOSH WAS GREAT! What a professional! He was AMAZING! The next time we need anything, we will look for Josh! Thanks Josh!
