    Chances are you will never need it and if you do very likely it wont be covered but impulse buys at the counter will do that

    I bought this just in case because the associates up sold me. I never needed the warranty during the 2 years. Funny thing is the product broke right after the 2 years.

    Purchased this for my tv samsung and they did not want to fix it and they made me call samsung. And samsung said that geek squad could of fixed my problem immediately

    The protection for my husband Fitbit was terminated with no explanation on why. I found out that best longer offers protection on Fitbits.

    Don’t waste your money on this. The tech don’t know what they are doing. They literally plug the item in and then call technical support to help them.

    We were misrepresented when we called for service we were told we had to pay more money. They never did anything for us for the money they stole from us.

    Fix a slow computer

    I gave them a slow running computer to remove the virues and they give it back to me not work at all and geek squad says they not responsible for what happened
