    The agents that helped me pick out products have always been spot on. I bought this protection plan due to the cost of the product i put under it. I gave it only 4 stars to be fair, have never had to use this plan. My products are all still working wonderfully without a glitch and have not needed service or replacement and are way past teh 2 year time line. I did return an item which did not work the way I wanted and this plan did help replace that item with a better item for my needs. NO hassle, no questions, and very helpful agents. I have no doubt if needed to use this plan, there would be no worries.

    100% must . I got this for my son’s computer that was $1200 and my Sony oled $3200 tv. Expensive I thought for plan until the items broke . The computer got a bug they couldn’t fix and the Tv had pandemic burned into the screen . Both were replaced with 100% credit for my purchase price . I could buy what ever I wanted with credit

    This product is a no-brainer and really separates BestBuy from the rest when you spend a lot of money on a new tech item you want nothing more but to feel secure that it will work for at least a couple of years this is a wonderful program that will ensure Best Buy will take care of your broken problem with no question no pressure product.

    I purchase the longest warranty possible when ever available for all my purchases at Best Buy. It has saved my purchase on a number of times. I used on a 70"+ flat screen that had dead pixels within the 5 yr warranty and they simply replaced with the latest model. If you don't use it, then its piece of mind. When you do need it, that extra fraction cost of the total purchase price is worth the replacement.

    I do purchase product protection for products which I feel could fail, and if the protection is reasonable. I have only had to use it twice many years ago, once for a printer and once for a digital camera. Both times the experience for replacing the product was flawless. The Geek Squad took care of it .

    Geek Squad will make your life simpler & easier. Life is too complicated to deal with manufacture companies and waiting 2 hours on hold and finally when they answered the phone they cant help u. Since I am retired of this nonsense process I Always get GEEK SQUAD I let them deal with the manufacture while I am enjoying a Whiskey at home.

    This was repair/replace contract on Grandson's laptop. Touch screen stopped working. Geek Squad sent it to Ky for repair. They could not repair so they replaced the entire screen assembly. Saved me a bunch. Worth the money particularly if you have someone in collage.

    I’ve always liked that with Best Buy, if something is wrong with my product within this warranty period, they just replace it with a new one or item similar in stock. Just pay the difference for another item if it comes to that and you walk out with a new product. None of that sending to repairs and whatnot. I always get product replacement package on my heftier expenses.

    This was a reissue after a Google Home failed and they swapped it out for a new one. Without hesitation, we were allowed to grab a brand new one off of the shelf and they allowed us to purchase a new Geek Squad protection plan for the replacement unit. We HIGHLY recommend this service to everyone. The value is excellent.

    I'm really satisfied with the replacement warranty. Worth every penny. They really helped me replace the router with a newer version with dualband frequency. Though the newer one cost a little more but most of it was covered due to this replacement plan. I purchased a 4yr replacement plan for the new one.

    For those who despise extra guarantees because they say they never use them - you're crazy! I have more than made up the cost of my Product Replacement Plans! If you pay attention to the details of how it works, the Geek Squad Services are awesome for replacing defective or power damaged products.

    Since my first experience with Geek Squad years ago, I’ve been sold on the service! A year ago, Geek Squad found a problem with a NEW computer when the company of the product couldn’t after days and days of trying! They kept blaming the program. I was two days shy of not being able to return it! Thank goodness Geek Squad realized I had a lemon computer!

    Geek Squad has always been super to deal with and do everything they can to take care of me. I have had a few computer issues in the past, and they always work with me, and they get me back up and running quickly. I especially like how they explain things, and the customer service has always been friendly and personable.

    I have had Geek Squad protection on several products in the past. My local BestBuy Geek Squad set up our surround sound, reset and cleaned up an older model computer as well as great help and advice even when I did not have the coverage. Very professional and always ready to help.

    Great wifi

    I live in a 2500 sq ft two story home and kept having trouble with inconsistencies in my Wifi due to the cable modem being on the second floor (designed that way by the prior owner). The Best Buy sales clerk explained this device and how it would help my issues. Installation was simple and quick. My WiFi is strong and consistent now. Definitely worth the investment

    I purchased a Nest Outdoor Cam about a year ago and kept loosing connectivity. I talked with the sales associate above the issue and they told me to bring it in for a replacement. I went the next day and 10 minutes later walked out with a brand new cam and they prorated my original warranty, so I could apply the difference towards the purchase of a new 2 year warranty

    I had a problem with my tv and they came to my house and fixed it. No fuss or silly questions like you would expect with most warranty’s now ah days. It broke, I called them, they fixed it. How it should be. I will try to buy my expensive electronics from Best Buy with this warranty whenever possible.

    Love this service to be quite honest. I never have to worry about not having that added layer of protection for electronics, furniture pieces, etc. If they cannot fix the problem you can have it replaced or get something similar to what you've purchased originally.

    It came with my Total Tech membership, how can I go wrong? Most things still work many years after 2, but if they don't BB makes it easy to swap out for a new one. :D Get a Total Tech membership and see what I mean.

    Best Buy should honor a complete replacement of a defective product, regardless of the window of time. I am bummed that I had to pay 13 dollars extra because I exchanged a modem that was defective, and was two days outside the return policy.
