I am happy to say I have not had to replace any products yet. However, I needed some additional help getting some other things on my iPad and the Geek Squad assisted me. Very professional kind and patient young man. He wasn’t condescending, rude or sarcastic. Thank you!

I had the geek squad replacement service on my arlo chime. After a power surge took out my chime, best buy staff was happy to help and the plan got me 100% of what i soent on the item back. Totally worth it!

bought as a back up plan for for my netgear wifi extender, when it quick working after 1 year, I was able to replace it without any problems. Definitely recommend if your buying any kind of electronics that are expensive.

Brought this because my other wireless router decided to call it quits didn't work anymore it gave up. I wouldn't want to shell out more money for another wireless router. I brought this plan because geek squad is always there to help when it's need to be replaced.

I've been using them for years. I mainly get it for the ease of replacement, fixing, or getting reimbursed for products that malfunction for whatever reason. The reason for 4 stars is it does come with it's flaws. Most techs can't fix minor issues. They always want to send it back to the p manufacturer and reset your computer, tablet, or laptop. I have a friend with some tech experience and I usually take it to him first, as he has fixed issues Geek Squad couldn't figure out.

It's worth the extra money to get a protection plan on electronic items. I had a vacuum cleaner that went bad during the coverage period if the protection plan. All I had to do is replace it with another vacuum cleaner for free and paid the difference since it was a little more expensive in price.

Kids playing Wii. Kids swinging joysticks around like crazy strap breaks and hit the Tv, blender, kitchen appliance bam. Broken. It’s nice to have a warranty to take cover of the damage and what better place to get a warranty on those high dollar items.

Like having equitement that keeps working? What if it goes down? With the protection plan they have your back. They will replace it with the same product, similar function or refund your purchase for credit towards a new item. What is not to like?

I bought the replacement for a laptop, as previous laptop had thermal issues. However, I've not had opportunity to exercise the replacement as it has operated flawlessly. Will advise should that change.

I have learned this the hard way a few times... I now always buy the Geek Squad extended warranty. I don't always need it, but when I do, it is a relief. For us this has been great for things like headphones, computer monitors, and video games.

In the past, I haven't been one to purchase the extended replacement warranties. Not all companies make it easy to use. When I have had to use the warranty through Best Buy, it was quick and hassle free. The produce was replaced that day in the store.

Bought for peace of mind. Never had to use it so I guess thats a good thing. But I have purchased other ones to cover other products and have used it 1 time and the geek squad was nothing short of excellent

I’m always happy to know that my purchases are backed by geek squad. They are great with fixing and getting the value back of something goes wrong. They have this on my reviews a few times, so this is my third review, just taking advantage of getting reward points.

The Best Buy product replacement program felt important for the router I purchased, I tend to burn through routers pretty quickly. I was pleased that they said it would cover if it was dropping signal or even if the strength of the signal was decreasing. Hope I don't need to use it, but it's piece of mind if I do.

I bought this warranty for my router because my router usually last about 2 years. Sure enough after almost 2 years, my router started acting up that I need to reset it every time so I brought it back to Bestbuy and they change it with no question. I was able to exchange it in less than 5 minutes. Very satisfied.

Anytime I have purchased a protection plan for an item it has eventually paid off. Had a modem router fry from a lightning strike after over a year of having the item and it was replaced for no additional cost.

I love that Best Buy has Geek Squad, and that Geek Squad offers extended warranties! This give me peace of mind knowing should anything go wrong all I have to do is reach out to Geek Squad and they will come out and fix or replace the issue/product.
